A 4-story townhouse needed fresh caulking around all doors and windows. Not an easy job. Tom came to look at the job within a day or two of making the request. His experience and expertise set me at ease. The work was done by Jerry. He worked hard. He was polite, efficient and the work was of very high quality. It looks fantastic. Very satisfied with the work done by Tom and his team at Prime Caulking. Tom provided a detailed estimate along with documentation on the brand and type of caulking being used. Tom offered a lot of useful information and advice. Toms crew was courteous and competent. All the old caulking was removed and new caulking was installed. The window shutters were removed and reinstalled the next day. The work started and finished on time as promised.

Moved into new home of about 20 yrs. Did some small renovations that required caulking ie window aluminum sills and door framing, pipes going out such as fireplace, Ac, dryer vents. All those required professional caulking to seal them and finish the improvements. Prime caulking was recommended and they waited patiently till we finish all these add ons. When finally called them they camed promptly. They did new caulking for all the house including doors, windows, skylights and pipes. They were very detailed and didn’t miss any spot. Very impressed. Would strongly recommend calling them.

Very pleased with the job done. Old caulking was very old and they did a great job of chipping it off and replacing with colour matching caulking. After the job the site was completely cleaned up. Communication from the owner was great too. Entire residential house was done. Would recommend.
